Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Manager/Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administration, excellent communication skills. This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to go the extra mile to support our HR functions and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and facilitating onboarding for new hires.
β’ Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and local regulatory requirements.
β’ Handle employee relations issues, facilitating discussions and resolving conflicts as necessary.
β’ Assist in performance management processes.
β’ Assist with keeping HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
β’ Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulation.
β’ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
β’ Coordinate training and development programs for employees to foster professional growth.
β’ Support general administrative functions and ensure a smooth operation.
β’ Oversee with payroll processing and benefits administration.
β’ Maintain familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
β’ Provide outstanding support and show flexibility in achieving departmental objectives while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
β’ Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience in India, ideally with exposure to multinational organizations and regional reporting structures.
