The Assistant Manager β HR & Compliance will primarily be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing
employee training programs to enhance workforce capability and compliance with organizational standards. This role will
also support recruitment activities and payroll administration to ensure smooth HR operations. The position requires
strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain compliance with labor laws and company
policies. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between HR strategy and operational execution.
