Job Description:
* To ensure continuous machine running
* Adhere the PM plan as per calendar.
* Ensure breakdown target
* Achieve MTTR, MTBF.
* PM, Breakdown, Periodic Overhauling, Predictive maintenance
Key Skills
Technical skills:
* Knowledge of PLC & HMI programming and troubleshooting.
* Sound knowledge of QR code reader.
* Knowledge of pneumatic press machine
* Knowledge of SPM Assy machine (Troubleshooting, maintenance etc)
* Knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulic circuit and cylinder.
* Should have working experience with Keyence camera & Omron camera.
* 'Key experience in IATF, EHS, ISO documents.
* Hands on Keyence Lasor marking system.
* Should be familiar with working of Electrical press machines.
* Knowledge of Omron PLC, Safety PLC (CX- Programmer)
* Sound knowledge of Mitsubishi Q-CPU & GOT
* Spare part management & spare adherence.

Behavioural / Management:
*Manpower handling
*Should be able to communicate with other departments

IT Skill:
*MS Office, MS Outlook, SAGE ERP
