Job Description:
Operate machines or assembly stations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Assemble automotive components (brakes, engine parts, body parts, interior parts, etc.)
Load and unload parts from machines (CNC, press, welding robots, SPMs)
Meet production targets (hourly / shift-wise output)
Follow EHS guidelines (PPE usage, machine safety)
Ensure safe operation of machines and tools
Maintain 5S and housekeeping at workstation
Report near-misses, unsafe conditions, and accidents
Start, stop, and monitor machine performance
Carry out basic TPM / Autonomous Maintenance
• Cleaning
• Lubrication
• Tightening
• Inspection
Change tools, fixtures, dies (where authorized)
Inform maintenance for breakdowns or abnormalities
