esponsibility:
1.Troubleshoot crane control circuits, pendant systems, VFDs, and motors.
2.Monitor magnet power supply units, rectifiers, coils, and magnetic lifting control panels.
3.Maintain electrical control panels, pressure switches, solenoid valves, interlocks, and limit switches.
4.Ensure emergency stop circuits and safety relays function reliably
5.Maintain conveyor motors, gear motors, VFD drives, sensors, and emergency pull cord switches.
6.Perform alignment checks, overload protection checks, and control panel servicing.
7.Inspect forklift electrical components such as alternators, batteries, starters, relays, wiring harnesses.
8.Troubleshoot electrical power packs and hydraulic integration points.
9.Inspect and maintain LT panels, MCC feeders, ACB/MCCB/MCBs, APFC panels.
10.Prepare PM schedules for all equipment based on OEM guidelines.
11.Maintain spare parts inventory for critical electrical components.
12.Attend breakdowns immediately and restore operations with minimum downtime.
13.Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent solutions.
14.Ensure 100% implementation of electrical LOTO.
15.Verify crane, conveyor, shearing machine interlocks and emergency systems.
16.Monitor power consumption of heavy equipment like cranes, press, and shearing machine.
17.Strong troubleshooting skills in industrial panels, cranes, VFDs, and heavy machines.
18.Knowledge of LT & DG distribution systems, motor control circuits, MCC feeders.
19. Ability to read wiring diagrams and control schematics.
20.Understanding of hydraulic electrical integration (bale press & shearing).
21.Strong safety orientation
22 Ready to relocate near to Company ( preferred – Kadi )
