Job Description
1. Handling/Visit for Customer Complaints and preparing Investigation reports for customer
2. Coordinating with the Sales and Plant team for customer requests
3. Responsible for Quality Activities for New Product Development like event samples submission, preparing Inspection reports etc.
4. Responsible for coordinating with Royal Enfield,TVS, Hero,TVS ,Bajaj and other OEM`s for customer complaints, New product events.
5.Responsible for customer Audits and visits.
