In Preparation period of new plant
1) Establish an organization to facilitate the unique import/export and customs clearance processes in India
2) Select and contract with local customs brokers and logistics companies
3) Establish logistics collaboration with the Minebea Group
4) Recruit logistics staff and strengthen the logistics organization
In after setting up new plant
1) Manage logistics costs (transportation, customs, and warehouse fees) and submit monthly reports to Japan HQ.
2) Manage logistics for the entire factory, domestic transport, and international transport.
3) Respond to and implement solutions for daily logistics issues.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree or above
