Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Drafting, vetting and negotiating of a wide range of commercial documents including Service Agreement, Sale/Purchase Agreement, IT Agreement, Joint venture agreement, lease agreements, MOU, NDAs and many others.
Vetting Code of Conduct, Supplier Code of Conducts, Safety Instructions and other documents received from Customers.
Drafting/updating Anti Bribery Policy, Code of Conduct, Anti-corruption policy or any other Policies for the Company as and when required.
Drafting and reviewing Legal Notice and related matters.
Drafting and reply of legal notice, complains and letters to various government authorities.
Liaisoning with outside advocates for ongoing litigation matters and Maintain tracker on litigation matters
Vetting of application, petition, written statements etc. for ongoing litigation matters.
Discussing with the client legal team to negotiate the contract.
Managing end to end CLM process including contract repository management, , Maintain Tracker, including execution/signature process.
Provides legal support on daily basis which included end to end support.
Periodical reporting of ongoing litigation matters and reminders for renewals.
Legal advice on applicable local laws as and when required.
Provide Pro-active, professional, competent, cost effective and creative legal support.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Being up to date on all the latest changes / amendments / Introduction in laws applicable to Company
Ensure proper Documentation
Educational Qualification
Essential: -LL.B from a reputable university
