Primary Responsibilities
●Leading and developing a team:
-Provide daily and weekly work instructions and progress management to team members.
-Individual coaching and mentoring to improve members' skills.
-For complex cases, we accompany clients to the site and provide guidance on specific actions and negotiation methods.
●Management of important customers:
-Strengthen relationships with key accounts and build long-term partnerships.
-We understand our customers' needs and offer solutions that exceed their expectations.
●Maximizing strategic team performance:
-The sales strategy given top-down is translated into concrete tactics (action plans) and deployed to the team.
-Promote sales activities to achieve the team's sales goals.
-Improving profits and brand value is important in addition to achieving sales targets
●Brand Value Maximizing:
-Brand Value and Product Understanding
-Consideration and negotiation of transaction terms that do not diminish value
●Understanding market environment information and formulating strategies:
-Understand the competitive situation and customer purchasing behavior to grasp the market environment and report to management
-In addition, we plan and implement sales promotion measures that are tailored to the product portfolio and seasonality such as peak and off-peak seasons.
