Job Statement
• Managing all Process related documents like Control Plan, PFD & FMEA. Specialization on Robot Programming (Fanuc & Mitsubishi) & Camera Programming & PLC Setting (Mitsubishi & Keyence) .
Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Drawing Study (Machine & Product) & feasibility analysis.
• PFD, PFMEA & Control Plan Preparation.
• Knowledge about PLC(Mitsubishi, Keyence), Hardware, Network communication, software programming specially Java Programming & trouble shooting for the same.
• Skill & Knowledge about Robot Programming. (Mitsubishi, Fanuc)
• Skill & knowledge about Camera Setting & programming (Keyence, Cognex etc.)
• Poka Yoke & Equipment Master List Preparation.
• Floor Plan, Periphery Layout Preparation & Optimization.
• Documentation Release.
• New Equipment Installation & Commissioning.
• Programming & Fixtures & tool Settings.
• Trail N1, N5, N50, C.T Prove Out & Pilot lot build.
• Process Capability Study
• Tool Life Prove out, Tool Cost Calculation
• Improvement Plan. Countermeasure Plan
• ICR Preparation, Process Trial and Validation, Before and After Comparison, Process Change Records
• Budget & New Equipment Planning.
• Process Trail and Validation
• Audit Preparation IATF, Internal Audit & Customer Audit.
Relationship & Authority
• Frequent interaction with plant Employees, Prod., Purchase & Customer.
• Ensuring compliance to standards, change & deviation management.
Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent course in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Professional experience of minimum 4-6 years’ experience in system or Programming.
• Experience in working with Japanese or German MNC will be the added advantages.
• Automotive Manufacturing plant experience is having added advantage.
• Fluent proficiency in English.

Skill and Ability
• Proven work experience as a Process Engineer or Industrial Engineer role.
• Programming & Trouble Shooting experience on Robots (Fanuc & Mitsubishi)
• Camera Setting & Programming on machines. (Keyence & Cognex)
• Knowledge & skill about Java & PLC programming.
• Good understanding of analysis tools.
• Ability to prepare all system related documents & release process.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
