Position Vacant Assistant Manager - IT Department Corporate Reporting Sr. Manager – HR & Administration Job Responsibilities (a) Installation and Maintenance • Hands-on experience in setting up and maintenance of all IT equipment’s. • Ensure all systems and IT network services are available when required by business operations. • Maintenance of all servers with daily backup of the same. • Support in ERP migration projects, specifically transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) to Dynamics 365 Business Central.Manage call center operations and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operation. • Vendor coordination and AMC of all IT assets and services. • Billing of IT services and vendors to avoid any service interruption issues. (b) Coordination with all staff and Global IT Team • Coordination with the Japan and Singapore IT team on regular basis for sharing the information regarding critical issues and new implementation in Indian operations. • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of company (Including Top Management) and successfully explain the necessary changes/requirements of the IT function. (c) Procurement and Inventory management • Procurement of all IT assets and IT services. • Asset management and Inventory management of IT equipment’s. • Forecasting & budgeting of future requirements. (d) Technical Skills • Knowledge of workstations and its hardware peripheral devices and network, IT security practices, Laptops, Desktops, Printers, MS products. • Hands-on experience of server technologies AD, Exchange, Proxy, DHCP and File Server. • Experience in shifting / new set-up of office. Qualification and Skills Degree/Diploma in Computer IT/Computer Applications with additional course in computers such as MCSE, etc. Minimum Experience 6 years Compensation Offered Negotiable Age Range 27 ~ 32 Desired profile of the candidate Preferably from Gurgaon Location of posting Gurgaon
