Job Description
Designation: Asst.Manager/Deputy Manager – CRM Marketing
CTC: 17 Lakhs to 23 Lakhs per annum (including bonus).
Key Responsibilities
CRM Execution & Campaign Management
Plan, build, and execute App Push notifications through the in‑house CRM platform
Manage Email campaigns end‑to‑end using Adobe (AEM / Adobe Campaign)
Own and maintain the CRM campaign calendar (daily, weekly, monthly) across Email and App Push
Ensure timely deployment, QA, and accuracy of all CRM communications
Segmentation & Personalisation
Create and manage customer segmentations based on behavior, lifecycle, category affinity, and engagement
Evaluate daily and weekly performance of segments and optimise targeting accordingly
Support testing frameworks (A/B tests, message variations, timing, frequency)
Data Analysis & Business Insights
Analyse CRM performance across Open Rates, CTR, CVR, Sessions, Revenue contribution
Deep‑dive into E‑commerce, category, and customer data to derive actionable insights
Share weekly and monthly CRM performance reports with clear learnings and recommendations
Work closely with E‑commerce and Category teams to align CRM pushes with business priorities
Creative & Communication Planning
Prepare emailer and app push creative briefs and share with the in‑house / existing Designer
Ensure creatives are aligned to brand guidelines, category focus, and campaign objectives
Plan and share Emailer and App Push communication plans with internal stakeholders in advance
Stakeholder Management & Reviews
Lead weekly CRM reviews with stakeholders (Marketing, E‑commerce, Category teams)
Present monthly CRM performance summaries highlighting impact, gaps, and next steps
Act as the single point of contact for CRM‑related queries and coordination
Required Skills & Experience
Functional Skills
Strong hands‑on experience in CRM execution (Email & App Push)
Working knowledge of Adobe Email platforms (Adobe Campaign / AEM preferred)
Experience managing CRM calendars, deployments, and reporting
Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and personalisation
Data & Analytical Skills
Comfortable working with data on a daily basis
Ability to analyse CRM, e‑commerce, and category‑level performance data
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; ability to structure and interpret large datasets
Creative & Communication Skills
Ability to translate business objectives into clear creative briefs
Strong written communication for CRM copies, briefs, and stakeholder updates
Good eye for creative quality and brand consistency
Soft Skills
Highly organised and detail‑oriented
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, execution‑heavy environment
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
Self‑driven, proactive, and ownership‑oriented
Ideal Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing / Digital Marketing
Experience in Retail, Fashion, E‑commerce, or Consumer Brands preferred
Someone who is equally strong in data, creative coordination, and execution
Not just a planner — but hands‑on and operationally strong
Educational Qualification
3–6 years of experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing / Digital Marketing
