Job Description: Supply Chain & Operations Coordinator
1. Planning & Production Analysis (OEM & Inventory)
•Analyze OEM production forecasts and new development projects to ensure alignment with operational capacity.
•Monitor and evaluate inventory levels (Finished Goods, WIP, and Raw Materials) through bi-monthly/monthly audits with vendors.
•Conduct regular stock takes and inventory reconciliations to maintain data integrity and minimize discrepancies.
•Ensure material availability by aligning internal stock levels with fluctuating customer demand.
•Work as a Window Person Incharge for customer key account.
2. Vendor & Logistics Management
•Coordinate with Logistics and Purchasing teams to streamline the end-to-end supply chain process.
•Manage import operations, including shipping documentation and the prioritization of shipments based on urgency and lead times, Coordination with CHA.
•Facilitate timely material dispatches through proactive communication and follow-ups with external partners i.e. Warehouses, Processing Center, Logistics Partners.
3. Financial Oversight & Risk Management
•Monitor customer credit status and perform regular payment follow-ups.
•Perform account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy between internal records and customer accounts.
•Coordinate with Insurance company & Surveyors for timely claim settlement.
4. Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination
•Generate comprehensive MIS reports and data-driven insights for internal strategic discussions.
•Lead cross-functional initiatives to reconcile variances between original plans and actual performance.
•Proactively communicate risks regarding capacity constraints or supply shortages to stakeholders to mitigate impact on customer satisfaction.
•Maintain system data integrity by overseeing accurate and timely data entry into the ERP/management systems.
5. Governance & Compliance
•Ensure strict adherence to corporate governance policies and internal control standards across all procurement and logistics activities.
•Uphold legal and regulatory compliance, particularly regarding international trade laws, import/export regulations, and ethical sourcing.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Material management, operations, logistics, or engineering
