Job Title : National Service Head
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead and manage nationwide after-sales service operations across regions.
β’ Drive customer satisfaction through efficient complaint resolution and escalation management.
β’ Oversee CRM systems and call center operations to ensure seamless customer support.
β’ Handle spare parts planning, inventory management, and failure analysis to improve product reliability.
β’ Develop and implement service strategies, SOPs, and performance monitoring systems.
β’ Monitor service costs, warranty claims, and service productivity metrics.
β’ Ensure timely service delivery, technical support, and field service effectiveness.
β’ Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Quality, and Supply Chain.
β’ Strong product exposure to Air Conditioners (AC) is preferred, along with experience in Large Appliances & Small Kitchen Appliances
Educational Qualification
Master's Degree
