Job Description – Application Engineer

Location: India (with initial training in Japan for 3–6 months)
Joining Timeline: 1st August 2026
Compensation: CTC: ₹6 – ₹7 LPA

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Application Engineer to join our team. The role is ideal for candidates with an Electronics Engineering background and an interest in research & development within the semiconductor industry.

An Application Engineer acts as a bridge between technical development teams and customers by providing technical support, customization assistance, troubleshooting, and application-based solutions for products and systems. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements and ensuring smooth implementation and support of technical solutions.

Selected candidates will undergo technical training in Japan for a period of 3–6 months to gain product knowledge, application understanding, and exposure to global operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support and application-based solutions to customers and internal teams.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable product applications and configurations.
• Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and resolving technical issues related to products and systems.
• Coordinate with R&D and technical teams for product improvement and customer-specific requirements.
• Support product demonstrations, installations, and technical presentations when required.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and application-related materials.
• Ensure timely communication and support to clients for smooth project execution.
• Learn and adapt to advanced semiconductor-related technologies and applications.
Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Candidates below 25 years of age preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in R&D, semiconductor industry, electronics applications, or related technical field.
• Strong technical understanding and willingness to learn advanced technologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and undergo training in Japan for 3–6 months.
• Candidates should be comfortable with non-vegetarian food options (fish, chicken, egg) during Japan training period.
• Candidate should be single due to overseas training and project requirements.
• Willingness to sign a 3-year service bond.
