Job description:
1. Structural Design of Industrial steel and commercial buildings. (Steel structures & PEB structures) .
2. To have hands-on experience in analyzing and designing structures using commercially available analysis software like STAAD Pro.ETABS.
3. Knowledge of the latest Indian, AISC and Euro codes and standards.
4. Knowledge in steel connection designing.
5. Ability to solve technical problems, develop appropriate Microsoft Excel templates, and have good communication skills.
6. Quantity estimation of various structural elements for bidding new tender projects.
7. Review the load calculation, design calculation, staad model, GA drawings provided by subcontractors.
8. Evaluate the subcontractor steel quantity within tender estimate & make profit to our company.
9. Able to guide draftsmen and check the drawings.
10. Coordination with other disciplines like Architecture, MEP , QS, Estimation, Site etc.
11. Should travel to site for inspection / client meetings without any hesitation.
12. Work in harmony with team members without any problems and smooth operations of workflow
Educational Qualification
Experience:
7+ years of experience.
Qualifications:
B.E/ B.Tech in civil engineering
M.E/ M.Tech in structural engineering
