Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Customized for a Gen Z-Focused Brand 1. Trend-Driven & Aesthetic Storytelling Design visually captivating content that aligns with Gen Z aesthetics—bold, authentic, memeworthy, and socially conscious. Craft storytelling visuals for campaigns that spark conversations and virality. Balance minimalism with edgy, nostalgic, or futuristic design trends (e.g., Y2K, vaporwave, dopamine brights). 2. Social Media-First Design & Virality Develop high-impact Instagram,Meta, and Snapchat assets—stories, reels, carousels, and short-form video motion graphics. Design scroll-stopping thumbnails and post layouts optimized for engagement. Stay ahead of social trends, memes, and viral formats to create reactive, culturally relevant content. 3. Interactive & Motion Graphics Mastery Create animated visuals, GIFs, and micro-interactions to enhance engagement. Design AR filters, stickers, and digital merch assets for social media campaigns. Work with 3D elements, motion graphics, and mixed media formats. 4. Bold, Disruptive Brand Identity Shape a brand identity that challenges norms and feels ‘real’ to Gen Z. Push boundaries with unconventional typography, color palettes, and experimental layouts. Ensure consistency across merch, digital, packaging, and physical experiences. 5. Purpose-Driven & Socially Conscious Design Embed themes of sustainability, inclusivity, and activism in brand visuals. Design with a strong emotional and ethical appeal that resonates with Gen Z’s values. Work on impactful storytelling around brand ethos, purpose, and mission. 6. Collaborating with Creators & Influencers Work closely with content creators, influencers, and digital artists for co-branded assets. Translate UGC (User-Generated Content) into branded aesthetics that still feel organic. Design for collaborative drops, limited-edition collections, and hype moments. 7. Agile, Experimental, and Data-Driven Approach Test and iterate on designs based on real-time engagement metrics and community feedback. Quickly pivot creative direction based on trending conversations and audience behavior. Blend creativity with data insights to refine content for maximum impact. Open to experimenting, iterating, and evolving design concepts rapidly. Attention to Detail & Aesthetic Precision Master of nuance, micro-trends, and subtle branding elements. Knows how to balance chaos and minimalism for maximum impact. Always on top of emerging design trends from fashion, gaming, music, and digital culture. Cultural Sensitivity & Emotional Intelligence Deep understanding of Gen Z’s mindset, humor, and digital behavior. Designs with inclusivity and representation in mind. Reads between the lines of internet culture to avoid being ‘cringe’ or inauthentic. Passion for Experimentation & Tech Excited about AI, AR, NFTs, Web3, and interactive design. Loves blending digital and physical worlds (e.g., phygital experiences, digital collectibles). Thinks beyond traditional graphic design—immersive and experiential branding is key. Their work influences how the brand is perceived, engaged with, and ultimately, loved by the community. What are we looking for: ➢ Candidate should have domain exposure in handling project management, vendor management, and project operations. ➢ Good Communication Skills and graphic designing, creative thinking, self-driven, and Interpersonal skills ➢ Planning Skills, Time management & Work Prioritization, monitoring & review progress ➢ Should take initiative with goal seeking mindset and Execution agility (concept to final output) with attention to details ➢ Should have experience in Creative design and Art directions Qualification & Experience: ➢ Must have 6 to 8 years of experience in Campaign development, Creative & Graphic designing ➢ Any Graduation and MBA (Full-time) with good academics
