Position summary / job purpose (max 3 sentences)
Support HR & GA functions including recruitment coordination, employee engagement, administrative support,
documentation management, and ensuring smooth office operations. Act as a liaison between employees and
management while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities/activities (max 7)
ο· Recruitment & onboarding coordination: publish JDs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, manage offers,
background checks, and conduct induction.
ο· HR operations & employee lifecycle: issue HR letters (offer/appointment/confirmation), maintain personal files,
handle transfers, separations, and exit formalities including F&F coordination.
ο· Payroll & attendance administration: validate time/leave/OT data, ensure HRIS accuracy, provide monthly inputs
to payroll, verify pay registers and statutory deductions.
ο· Statutory compliance & audits: maintain registers/records for PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, LWF; support
inspections and internal/external audits with timely submissions.
ο· Policy & process administration: implement HR/GA SOPs, ensure compliance with company policies, maintain
HRIS data integrity, and publish periodic HR MIS/analytics.
ο· Employee engagement & welfare: coordinate engagement calendar, R&R, communication, grievance
intake/redirect, satisfaction surveys, and welfare initiatives.
ο· General Administration & vendor management: oversee facility, housekeeping, security, canteen, travel &
transport; manage PR/PO, AMC renewals, and contract documentation.

Internal: All departments, employees, and management teams.
External: Vendors, consultants, government departments, and service providers.
