Looking for candidates with experience in CNC/VMC machine operations, injection moulding, and assembly line manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and experience in productivity improvement within a manufacturing or automotive environment.


1. Practical knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations, tool offsets, fixture setting
2. Ability to read machining drawings, GD&T, and program modifications (Fanuc/Siemens preferred)
3.Understanding of injection moulding machine parameters, cycle setting, material behaviour, and defect analysis
4.Exposure to Mold trials, troubleshooting, and moulding process optimization
5.Experience in assembly line operations in manufacturing/automotive/equipment industry
6.Strong in line balancing, productivity improvement, and manpower management
7.Good knowledge in Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S
8.Effective communication, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
9.Willingness to work across multiple shifts.
