1.Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of dies, molds, and press tools.
2.Inspect dies for wear, damage, or alignment issues.
3.Repair and replace damaged die components.
4.Troubleshoot tooling and production-related problems.
5.Conduct die setup, fitting, and tryouts.
6.Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
7.Ensure proper lubrication and cleaning of dies.
8.Coordinate with production and quality teams to reduce rejection and downtime.
9.Operate tool room machines such as grinding, milling, lathe, welding, and CNC machines if required.
10.Follow safety standards and 5S practices in the workplace.
