Review and monitor subcontractor Inspection Requests (IRs) and ensure timely inspections/clearances.
Prepare, review, and implement the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Material Test Plan (MTP), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), and Activity Method Statements (MS) in coordination with subcontractors.
Plan and implement QA/QC activities in line with the project schedule.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents as per the company’s guidelines/ project requirements.
Analyse defects and prepare Corrective (CA) & Preventive actions (PA) / review and monitor CA/PA submitted by subcontractors.
Witness material testing/ third party production facilities arranged by subcontractors.
Develop the Project Quality Plan in coordination with the sub-contractors.
Conduct Concrete Mix Design trials with approved RMC vendors.
Ensure all sub-contractor materials are tested as per the company's Material Testing Plan (MTP).
Perform periodic on-site inspections of all site activities (both RCC and Finishing).
Report Site Observations and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to the Section Head QA/QC on a weekly basis.
Coordinate Mock-up creation with the Project Team, Architect, and Central QA/QC team.
Identify specific training needs for sub-contractor staff and workers to support continual quality improvement.

Diploma as eligibility criteria

We seek candidates with a B.E. (Civil) from a UGC-approved university and 6-18 years of experience in construction QA/QC. Candidates with completed commercial building project cycles (Sub-structure, Superstructure RCC, and Finishing) are strongly preferred.
Ensure all subcontractor materials are tested as per the approved Material Testing Plan (MTP).
Perform periodic on-site inspections of all site activities (RCC and Finishing) as per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
Raise, monitor, and close Site Observations and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) in coordination with subcontractors and the Section Head QA/QC.
