1. On-site Supervision:
Directing operators, monitoring work progress, and optimizing task allocation within the assigned processes.
2. Quality Control:
Monitoring adherence to quality standards at critical process points and taking immediate action when initial defects occur.
3. Training & Mentoring:
Conducting OJT (On-the-Job Training) for team members based on new operating procedures and quality requirements.
4. Reporting & Communication:
Providing accurate and timely updates on production status (progress, issues, and staffing) to Managers or Engineers.
5. Safety and 5S Management:
Ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and 5S principles protocols the assigned area to prevent accidents or hazardous behaviors
