Job Description
1. Formulation of medium- to long-term and monthly production plans in cooperation with the Japanese head office (Production Management Department)
2. Daily and weekly production progress management and planning and implementation of recovery measures in case of delays
3. Inventory management of materials and establishment of measures to prevent stockouts in cooperation with the local purchasing and warehousing departments
4. Optimization of production instructions to the manufacturing site and improvement activities to shorten lead times
5. Collection and analysis of production performance data (KPIs) and regular reporting to the Japanese side
6. Education and management of production management methods (5S, JIT, visualization, etc.) to local staff
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree or higher (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business-related degree)
[Preferred]
Relevant qualifications such as Production Manager or CPIM (Certified Production Inventory Manager)
Qualifications or knowledge related to project management
