IT Support Job Description Job Responsibility: β’ Management of multiple existing/new store and office IT activities, including coordination with multiple vendors and business teams. β’ IT devices/ network management for retail store, warehouse and office β’ Configuring & Troubleshooting IT devices used in SSC & Stores ( Laptops, Apple devices, RFID scanners, printers, iphone, ipad etc) β’ Remote and on-site coordination of store IT support services from Help desk, Vender and IT delivery team in Japan. β’ On-site coordination of store IT support services from Help desk, Vender and IT delivery team in Japan β’ IT device procurements, Creating Purchase orders, vendor Negotiations β’ Management of office and store devices, assets, licenses and service contracts. β’ IT cost management and reporting to UQ management β’ On-site Visits to Delhi NCR and out station cities to support new business establishment and IT device troubleshooting. Qualifications: β’ Person with 5-7 Year of IT support experience. Preferably Retail. β’ Excellent written and oral communications skills β’ English skill (Writing, Reading, Listening, Speaking) β’ Ability to communicate with senior leadership
Educational Qualification
Graduate in IT
