DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain technical specifications for all footwear products while ensuring compliance with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure that products meet quality standards and cost targets while complying with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards
• Execute product development samples, sales samples, and confirmation samples.
• Analyse product performance data and make recommendations for improvement while ensuring compliance with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards.
• Research new materials and production techniques to improve product quality and cost-effectiveness while complying with our company's policies regarding compliance and technical standards for CTB items
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to product design and production while ensuring compliance with our company's policies and standards
• Inspect footwear products at various stages of production to identify quality issues
• Implement corrective actions to improve product quality
• Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to internal and external production teams
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure that all products meet quality standards and comply with our technical standards
• Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up to date
• Conduct final inspections on finished products to ensure that they meet all quality standards (Minimum 50%)
• Develop and implement training programs to educate external production and design teams on quality control processes and procedures
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure that they understand our quality standards and can meet our requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with critical stakeholders including Sales, Product & Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Finance.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of relevant professional with a strong understanding of footwear design and production
• Experience in international fashion or luxury footwear is preferred
• Ability to multi-tasks projects, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
• Experience in executing product development samples, sales samples, and confirmation samples Must be flexible and can effectively prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
