Assistant Manager-Marketing- South India
Education Qualifications:ย Post-Graduate

Budget: 12-14 lacs
Work Experience:ย  Proven 6-8 Years of experience in retail branding,
event management, influencer marketing, and POSM deployment.
Salary-
Role Overview: Responsible for driving regional marketing initiatives across
South India, including in-store branding, events, POSM deployment, product
launches, dealer engagement, influencer collaborations, and vendor
management, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
In-store Branding
Manage end-to-end in-store branding across South India, including
requirement gathering, planning, and execution of branding elements at
retail touchpoints.
Event & Exhibition Management
Plan, coordinate, and execute regional events and exhibitions,
ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.
POSM Development & Deployment
Design and deploy POSM materials (standees, danglers, tent cards,
catalogues, stickers, etc.) as per regional requirements.

Regional Influencer Management

Identify, onboard, and manage regional influencers to amplify brand
campaigns and drive engagement across social platforms.
Develop influencer briefs, monitor content quality, and ensure
alignment with brand guidelines.
Track influencer performance and optimize collaborations for
maximum impact.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and
internal stakeholders for smooth execution and quality outcomes.
Track industry trends in branding, events, and influencer marketing;
propose innovative ideas aligned with business goals.
Budget Oversight
Manage regional budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and
tracking of expenditures.

Reporting & ROI Analysis
Prepare and submit timely reports to evaluate event performance,
influencer impact, branding effectiveness, and ROI.

Candidate Profile
Proven 6-8 Years of experience in retail branding, event management,
influencer marketing, and POSM deployment.
- Proficiency in multiple South India Languages is a MUST
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and deliver within timelines.
- Creative mindset with knowledge of regional market trends and influencer
ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
