Job Description
The details of the requirement are as follows:
1. Age : Between 24-26 Years
2. Gender : Male or Female
4. Qualification: Graduate from reputed University, preferably commerce graduate
5. Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Secretarial and Admin Coordination
6. Job Profile/Responsibilities:
ο Backoffice/secretarial work
ο Support for travel arrangements, such as ticket booking, hotel & car arrangements
ο Settlement of business trips and Coordination with accounting dept and record keeping
ο Support for business coordination, service agreement, booking of service fee etc.
ο Secretarial and documentation support for office staff
8. Compensation: INR 3-4 Lacs per annum (CTC).
9. Joining Time: As soon as possible
10. Employment Status : One year on 3 rd Party Contract
11. Candidates Specification
ο Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc.)
ο Team player with strong sense of responsibility
ο Positive attitude, dedicated mindset, reliable
ο Knowledge of accounting/payment settlement
ο Knowledge of shipping logistics would also be preferred though not mandatory.
12. Language Skill
ο Must have business English language skills and Excellent communication skills
13. Place of posting : Mumbai
