Job Description
• Responsible for service work for machine tool in North region.
• Provide technical support to dealer service engineers
• Accompany dealers and customers on-site to support root cause analysis and implementation of countermeasures
• Conduct customer visits to explain Brother-recommended preventive maintenance point
• Organize and deliver maintenance training for dealer engineers (conducted at BTC)
• Maintain regular communication with dealer engineers
• Prepare technical reports after customer visits and share them both internally and externally
• Compile and organize troubleshooting data
• the shipment and installation work of showroom machines (at BTC)
• Experience Machine tool maintenance, NC knowledge (NC program)
Educational Qualification
BE / Diploma - Mechanical
