Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steel, non-ferrous metals, and chemical industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Achieve sales and business development targets while strengthening the company's market presence.
Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
5β10 years of relevant experience in trading sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in the steel, non-ferrous metals, chemical, or related industries.
Experience working for a Japanese trading company (Sogo Shosha) or a multinational trading company is highly preferred.
Experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management, supplier coordination, and market development is an advantage.
Familiarity with import/export operations and international trade practices is preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Metallurgy, or a related field.
A master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage but not mandatory.
