Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Execution ο· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through OEM and Tier-1 customer acquisition and retention. ο· Monitor sales KPIs and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets as per KGI. Customer Relationship Management ο· Build long-term relationships with key automotive clients. ο· Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, negotiations, and escalations. ο· Conduct regular client visits and presentations to understand evolving needs. Market Intelligence & Analysis ο· Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. ο· Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making. ο· Identify new market segments and product opportunities. Cross-Functional Coordination ο· Collaborate with R&D, production and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. ο· Support SCM with sales forecasts and demand planning. Documentation & Compliance ο· Prepare and manage contracts, quarterly quotations, and commercial documentation. ο· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Required Skills & Qualifications ο· Bachelorβs degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred. ο· 8β10 years of experience in automotive B2B sales, preferably in exhaust systems or catalysts. ο· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. ο· Proficiency in MS OAice and CRM tools. ο· Familiarity with Japanese business culture and practices is a plus. Preferred Attributes ο· Self-driven and target-oriented. ο· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. ο· Willingness to travel across regions for client meetings and industry events.
Educational Qualification
