Admin & Facility
Management
β’ Lead the selection of interior
contractors.
β’ Procure initial office supplies,
stationery, and pantry items.
β’ Ensure daily office hygiene and safety while
supervising housekeeping staff.
β’ Manage the travel desk (flights, hotels, cabs) β’
Organize employee engagement activities and other
events.
IT &
Infrastructure
β’ Establish and activate contracts for
Internet Service Providers (ISP).
β’ Provide Tier-1 IT support, including PC setup for
new joiners and basic troubleshooting.
Finance &
Accounting
β’ Support initial branch setup payments
and collect necessary supporting
payment documents and receipts.
β’ Collect local vendor invoices, verify Purchase
Orders (POs) and GST details, and submit them to
the Gurgaon HQ.
β’ Assist with opening a bank account for the
Bangalore branch, if required.
β’ Perform preliminary verification of employee
expense claims before submission to HQ.
HR & Operations
β’ Set up employee seating
arrangements and prepare welcome
kits for the founding team members.
β’ Facilitate local onboarding activities, including ID
card issuance, office tour / orientation, and policy
briefings.
Educational Qualification
Btech or MBA
