Job Description
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in Human Resources and General Affairs.
Capable of establishing and improving HR systems, including employment regulations, performance evaluation systems, and other HR policies.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with both blue-collar (workers) and white-collar (non-workers) employees, supporting smooth organizational management.
The previous HR staff members were relatively junior and lacked sufficient experience; therefore, we are looking for someone with solid HR expertise.
We strongly prefer a senior-level professional with extensive HR experience.
As this is a key position within the organization and is currently vacant, we need to fill the role as soon as possible.
