■Position Summary
We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Manager for a Japanese manufacturing company.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing overall accounting and finance operations at the factory, including monthly and annual closing, audit handling, taxation, accounting and finance related to import/export transactions, costing, budgeting, and internal reporting.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the automotive industry, preferably with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 supplier, and should understand the working culture and reporting procedures of Japanese companies.

■Key Responsibilities
Manage overall accounting and finance operations at the factory
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments, collections, and bank transactions
Support cash flow management and fund planning
Prepare budgets, monitor actual performance, and analyze variances
Handle costing, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost control
Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory tax-related matters in India
Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
Manage accounting and finance matters related to import/export transactions
Review payments, documents, tax, and accounting treatment related to imported parts and exported products
Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and tax authorities
Prepare financial reports for Japanese management and the head office
Provide financial analysis and improvement proposals to management
Maintain data using ERP/accounting systems
Manage and guide accounting team members
Maintain and improve internal rules, compliance, and internal controls
