Job Description
Manage plant HR administration including employee records and documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance (Factories Act, CLRA, ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, PT, LWF).
Manage industrial relations and maintain harmonious workplace.
Handle union interactions, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Address grievances, disciplinary actions, and domestic inquiries.
Coordinate with external authorities and agencies.
Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Oversee end-to-end plant administration activities including housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, and
facility management.
Ensure proper upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of plant premises in line with safety and quality standards.
Manage vendor services and ensure adherence to SLAs and contractual obligations.
