Job Description
Minimum 3 Years working as a Sr. Engineer
Strong knowledge of Progressive, Transfer (1000 Ton or more)
Minimum 60 Manpower Handling
Four Wheeler Industry
System Knowledge, ISO, VSA Audit handling, Countermeasure, Defect Analysis, Efficiency & OEE Mgt.
Assisting the AM in production department related activities to enable a smooth and un-interrupted operations in the plant.
Plan and monitor daily Weld Assembly production activities.
Ensure achievement of production targets as per schedule.
Optimize machine utilization and productivity.
Monitor and control material consumption and scrap generation.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Tool Room, Quality, and Maintenance departments.
Implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Conduct process inspections and maintain quality records.
Support customer audits and internal quality audits.
Educational Qualification
B.Tech/B.E/Diploma
