Roles: Deputy Manager -PED Project Management. (New Product Development) and Process Monitoring Product Development , Process Monitoring, Trouble shooting. New product developmental trial execution and documentation. Process study and monitoring address process issue and data analysis. Trouble shooting on equipment related issues as and when required. Make arrangements for jigs / fixtures, inspection gauges, table & accessories. Preparation of PFD, FMEA, Control plan, WI and check sheets Plant Capacity Study and Cycle time study Process capability study (Cp, Cpk) Drawings preparation (2D/3D) Conduct LVPT and HVPT trials Develop and Draft improved production process Identify Muda, mura , muri activities (Lean Management) Suggest and implement method for process simplification to solve bottlenecks Monitoring process trend graphs and internal rejection data Complete review and revision of documents as and when required Access and analyse the current production method to maximise OEE Educate the employees on Process methods Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering with 1+ years of experience in Production/industrial engineering Knowledge of New product development process (PFMEA,control plans, Jigs& Fixture development, Layout design,VSM, Capacity study,cycletime and method study) Knowledge of OEE and Lean Management Trouble shooting on process issues & When required. Basics of Electricals ,PLC (Mitsubishi) ,HMI Proficiency using Microsoft suites (word ,Excel) Knowledge of IATF/1SO Familiarity with CAD drawings (AutoCAD/Solid works) Ability to maintain positive client and vendor relationships Excellent communication skill Other Qualities Required: Team Player Good communication Skill Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineer / Electrical or BE in Mechanical/Electrical/ Industrial Engineering Work Experience: 01-02 Years Gender Preference: Male CTC Offered: 3.3 to 3.8 Lakhs P.A
