1. Project Management (70%)
·Manage project scope, schedule, milestones, and progress.
·Lead, evaluate, and develop PTMs.
·Drive issue resolution and cross-functional escalations.
·Ensure compliance with Valeo standards and processes.
2. Cost and Profitability Management (30%)
·Manage project budgets and profitability targets.
·Review costs and prepare investment requests.
·Apply Design-to-Cost principles and manage deviations.
3.Customer Relations and Communication Management
·Coordinate with internal stakeholders and global customers.
·Prepare project reports and governance materials.
·Maintain customer relationships and provide progress updates.
4. Quality Control and Organizational Management
·Ensure achievement of quality objectives.
·Lead resolution of quality issues and customer communication.
·Allocate tasks and coordinate teams to achieve project goals.
