Professional Qualification needed: CMM Machine (POLYWORKS software)
Knowledge MSA, GD&T, Welding penetration
PRINCIPAL AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Responsible for all quality lab testing activities.
Responsible for all calibration & gauge validation activities.
Responsible for welding quality & penetration of parts.
Responsible for maintaining the Gauge spare & Instruments.
Inspection of parts as per customer requirements.
KEY COMPETENCIES NEEDED:
Deep knowledge of Drawings & GD&T.
Working knowledge of Sheet metal, MIG & SPOT welding.
FARO CMM Knowledge in POLYWORKS software.
Complete knowledge of layout inspection of child Parts & final assembly.
Customer handling & problem solving.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech/B.E. Mechanical
