Job Description
• Lead the development of new products from concept through production for HEV/BEV applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, and Quality Assurance for product and component development.
• Create, review, and maintain engineering documentation and technical specifications for EV components.
• Perform prototyping and iterative testing to validate design concepts and product performance.
• Support manufacturing teams during product launches and resolve engineering-related issues.
• Assist the Manager in benchmarking and competitive analysis activities.
Educational Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics & Electrical Engineering.
