Job Description:
*Responsible for SQA activities of BMC & A3B Models
*Must Have experience of CED coating.
*PPAP Verification & Inspection of Child Parts.
*Supplier Process Audit & Joint Inspection at Supplier end.
Technical / Key skill:
* SPC Study, Gauge R & R, Inspection Knowledge, Root Cause Analysis.
Should be able to deal with Supplier and good skills to handle with Supplier.
CED coating, Machining, Sheet Metal, Rubber/Plastic Molding, Heat Treatment, Forging Process Knowledge.
*Should be aware of CMM, Contracer,UTM,Spring Tester Hardness Tester Working).
*Rejection Handling.
*Drawing Study.
*GD & T Knowledge.
Behavioural / Management: Sincere, Self-Initiative & Disciplined.
IT Skill: Should have experience in working on MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Remarks (If Any)
Should have Experience in Supplier Quality Dept.

Qualification (Eligibility): B.E. in Mechanical Eng.
