Job Description
Must know PLC programming.
Must know Assembly line preparation activities
Must know different sensors used in assembly line.
Must know of validation and revalidation
Line balancing through time study.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Hands on experience in making of PFD, PFMEA, Control plan.
Should be aware of capacity calculation through Time study and motion study.
Should have knowledge of SPC study.
Should have experience in assembly line trials.
