Desired Candidate Profile
Competencies:- Directs and coordinates activities concerned with production of company products by performing the following duties personally or through
subordinate supervisors and respective plant management personnel.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
MIS Review and analysis. Gap analysis & Action Plan
Resources Management and arrangement
Plastic Raw Material Knowledge, Injection Moulding Process & Planning
Trouble Shooting in injuction Moulding Process & Plastic parts quuality problems.
Optimum Use of Resources (Men/Machines /system).
Capacity Improvement and utilization
Department Planning & Budgeting.
KPI review and MIS presentation
Work closely with quality personnel to review product consistency while monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement.
Encourage Good Culture on shop Floor. (Review Of Kaizen’s, Improvement projects, Red Bin Meeting etc...)
Monitor operation expenses and research ways to reduce costs while maintaining product quality
To ensure on time release of monthly and daily production schedules in synchronization with customer delivery requirement .
To coordinate with all concerned departments for smooth production as per schedule
Overseeing production related tasks including planning , control & troubleshooting for achieving the planned periodic schedules & Process control.
Work closely with the Environmental Health and Safety Manager to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe
workplace for our employees
Leading a team & attaining the monthly production targets by assigning targets & tracking progress against targets by analyzing daily reports
Competencies & Skills:
Knowledge of Plastic Products and materials for Automotive industry.
Management Skills
Positive thinking and toughness (Mentally and Physically)
IATF-16949-2016/ EMS 14001-2015/OHSAS-18001
Added advantage (Not mandatory)
Experience in Japanese company
Tool & Mould development knowledg
Educational Qualification
Education: BE / Diploma (Mech. Or Plastic Tech.),CIPET
