Safety & Regulatory Compliance
· Daily Work management preparation of subordinates with timeline execution and planning of Break down preventive maintenance - all 3 shift – Mechanical and electrical
· Tracking daily breakdowns, Planning and implementing preventive and Predictive maintenance programs to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment.
· Diagnose Mechanical & Electrical Failure & Plan corrective Action with Team member.
· Responsible for Maintaining documentation and facing of ISO, IATF and VDA Audit.
· Critical Spare part Management and PR generation.
· KPI Monitoring (MTBF, Down Time, Maintenance cost )
Budget and cost control, Team Leadership & Training
· Vibration Analysis
