Key Responsibilities:- Compliance and Governance Officer
-This role is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining effective
compliance and governance frameworks, policies and risk mitigation strategies.
-Ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes.
- Draft, Update and enforce internal compliance policies and governance
frameworks.
-Internal control, perform compliance risk assessments and audits.
-Develop and deliver training programs to staff on compliance, governance and
ethical standards.
-Prepare and Present compliance and governance reports to stakeholders.
-Experience in managing whistleblower programs, internal investigations, or third
party risk.
-Good PPT Presentation skills.
-Should have a good understanding on corporate governance best practices and
ESG compliance.
