Job Description
Implement and maintain IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and customer-specific quality requirements. Ensure compliance with Japanese quality philosophy (QCD β Quality, Cost Delivery)
Ensure strict adherence to control plans, PFMEA, and inspection standards. Maintain traceability of seat components (foam, frame, trim, recliner, welding, etc)
Handle customer complaints and lead 8D / 5-Why / Fishbone analysis. Coordinate with Japanese OEMs and Tier-1 customers
Develop and monitor supplier quality performance, Promote Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, and Genba practices. Drive defect reduction through root cause analysis
Knowledge on PFMEA, PPAP, Control Plan.
Strong Decision Making, Technical & Administrational Expertise.
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 & automotive core tools
SPC, MSA, APQP, PPAP,5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke
Welding, foam molding, trimming, assembly quality
Educational Qualification
BE in Mechanical
