Desired Candidate Profile
Warehousing & Inventory Control
•
Coordinate with 3PL partners for effective inventory management across multiple warehouses PAN India, including inbound and outbound operations.
•
Implement and enforce robust inventory control processes such as daily cycle counts, wall-to-wall counts, and periodic audits to achieve near 100% inventory accuracy.
•
Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to enhance operational efficiency and space utilization.
Distribution & Logistics Management
•
Plan and coordinate domestic distribution and last-mile delivery operations.
•
Manage and monitor performance of 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners against defined SLAs and KPIs.
•
Oversee multi-channel order fulfilment to ensure timely and accurate dispatches.
•
Handle reverse logistics (returns) to maximize recovery value and ensure customer satisfaction.
•
Manage customer claims related to deliveries and ensure timely resolution and closure.
Analytics & Reporting
•
Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Advanced Excel for real-time tracking of supply chain KPIs.
•
Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).
•
Conduct Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA) for the order-to-delivery process to identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Operations & Team Management
•
Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff; manage workforce planning based on order volumes.
•
Conduct regular warehouse visits for audits, compliance checks, and hygiene standards.
Skills Required
•
Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
•
Ability to prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
•
Good analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
•
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
•
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience: 2–3 years in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or MBA in Logistics/Supply Chain Management preferred.
