Job Description
Key Responsibilities
β’ Install, test, and commission equipment at customer locations.
β’ Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and corrective repairs.
β’ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/technical issues.
β’ Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
β’ Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and operational guidance for users.
β’ Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintenance logs.
β’ Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for escalations and product improvements.
β’ Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
β’ Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory.
β’ Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery.
Educational Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or related field).
