Job Description
Execute daily production plans as per schedule.
Ensure achievement of production targets (quantity & quality).
Monitor line performance and minimize downtime.
Supervise operators and line staff.
Allocate manpower effectively across shifts.
Train operators on SOPs, safety, and quality standards.
Knowledge of Mechanical & pneumatic press machines.
OEE improvement.
Manage Audits & Production Documents.
Educational Qualification
Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech
