Job Description
Execute the daily production plan for the weld assembly lines.
Ensure achievement of production targets (volume, quality, delivery).
Monitor line performance and reduce cycle time.
Handle and supervise: Spot welding / MIG / TIG welding processes.
Robotic welding systems (if applicable).
Supervise operators, welders, and technicians.
Allocate manpower efficiently across shifts.
Train team on SOPs, welding standards, and safety.
Educational Qualification
Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech
