Job Description
Coordinate for the DIE installation, trials, and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the tool room for modifications and improvements.
Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive & breakdown maintenance.
Improve productivity and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
Support root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
Support new die trials and product development.
Coordinate with design and R&D teams.
Knowledge of press machines (Mechanical / Hydraulic Press).
Basic knowledge of PLC (preferred).
Educational Qualification
Diploma/ B.E. / B.Tech
